I have a 98 4runner ltd. It feels like it is all over the road especially when i hit a bump on the highway. I know all 4runner rears end up sagging. I want to do a new shock/spring job on my truck and i want that new luxury car feel. any recommendations on how to do this not costing an arm and a leg?
I heard good things about old man emu parts but i think those are for serious off roaders. the extent of my offroading is sand/beach driving in the summers but that is maybe 10-15 times a year tops. mostly regular road driving. Thanks

An OME suspenson and shocks will give you a ride and handling better than when it was new, along with ~2" of lift.
If you want a luxury ride go with the OME suspension.

Even stock it should not be all over the road. You might want to cure this problem before bolting on after market suspensions. How old are your tires? How tight are your ball joints and tie rod ends? Free play in the steering gear box? Tire pressures?
I know pretty basic stuff but do check it first, could save you a lot of headaches with the new bolt on suspensions later.
