Low oil light

i have a 96 monte carlo z34 i was just wonding why the low oil light keeps coming on when all the oil in the car is topped off and another thing do any one have a problem with the gas i mean every other day an i do mean every other day i have to fill my car up with gas

i have the same car and you must likly just have a bad oil light sensor and for your gas problem check your tire pressure, your air filter, and u might have a bad O2 sensor.
