Shelby Cobra Concept Coupe

Painted this thing ages ago, but finally had some time this morning to assemble it. This thing it decent. I like the style, but the windows got all scratched up. So heres my first Hot Wheels custom.

You are a man of persevrance and patience. As well as an inspiration. This is beautiful. You were right about it taking some time to finish. I'd been drivin' you nuts askin' "You almost done?" :silly: if I hadn't posted mine months ago. Actually I have been pretty much a pest wanting to see the end results of yours. Thanks for inspiring mine.

mike now that i look at it closely the yellow stripe could have been a little better aka there's some chipping and one part right after the driver door is a little unstraight. i really like the glossyness of the darker color!

I don't really see it. But I will say a digital camera will bring out any and all imperfections. I sometimes use one on my WIP's for showing me where I need to fill, shape or form. If I can eliminate it on that camera; you ain't going to see it inhand. You've got to consider too that these pics are somewhere around 3X the size of the actual car.

I do plan on building another one of these, and maybe another copy as a race spec for Le Mans. Those will be a bit more detailed.

I've been watching the hot rod. Excellent work. Far beyond my patience or skills.

yeah his patience level is on a scale of 1-10 like a 15. and i mean i would've lost intrest in a car that would take that long! it's just amazing.
