Maybe this a repost, but i don't care. Some of you probably haven't seen it. It's a guy with a 5th gen hatch with stock motor that is trying to kill the motor. I was very impressed at the last part when the engine started right back up and the guy drove it, but only to kill it finally. It's amazing what the little D's can take. It's funny, stupid, cool and just plain wrong.

After seeing this video years ago, I wasn't all that scared the night my engine overheated (broken radiator; absolutely no coolant and still drove it 25+ miles).

Ive been trying ot track it dow for about an hour now, but I cant seem o find it..Im almost certain it was a honda accord though, ut someuys made it into an rccar, and then take it to the desert and thrash the hell out of it! Then the throttle sticks and they let it run full throttle fr like 5 minutes til it dies...

I severely overheated my 88 DX about 5 times, not purposely, well, the last was cuz i was pissed at it, lol, but the thing is still going "strong". As strong as it can be i suppose. The only problem I have with it since the over heating is the major smoking it does. But it still drives. I will always be honda happy after having this car, :D

it's funny and all but still a waste..could have saved it for a emergency spare or sold it ..but maybe I just think that way cause I'm so poor.

I did a static test with a Toyota 2T-C engine and it lived a long time even without water and with rocks and sand dumped down the carb as it was run full throttle. Did the same with a junk 88 Accord and it lasted a few minutes before blowing up with water in the cooling system. Depends on the cars condition before you try to destroy it as far as engine life goes.

Well, its still saying something considering there are brand new cars running around out there, that are having the engines replaced at 20k mi. because the rings are shot or it blew a bearing!

Or maybe this is proof that oil is a fraud and water will work just as good..

lol

imagine how long it would've taken if they used oil..would it even have happened?
I wanna see someone try to kill a honda with burnouts and shenanigans, not by overheating it..
but then again, it'd probably take too long
