ABS fault

Dears,
I'm driving a passat 1.8 model 2001. Recently I had an alarm in my panel saying check the break pads. My workshop replaced all the break pads yesterday, the relevant alarm gone but I have got a new alarm for ABS. They tried to solve it but they could not. I didn't have this alarm before at all. I don't have any problem driving the car and even the bearks are working very much better than before!! I wonder if anybody can tell me how to remove the alarm.
