Hello everyone this is a great site i got alot of great ideas from here and the responses are excellent but i do have to dig deeper in to this problem, I have checked and changed alot of goodies on this one but i am sure i have missed one... here is a list of things tested and changed 1: new sprider (CPI) 2: new fuel pump 3: new map 4: excellent fuel pressure 5: new EGR 6: new egnition module......TESTED 1: fuel pressure 2: spark 3: gas to spider ..... here is the confusion the voltage to the CPI is only 1 volt is that correct? pulled out one of the injectores and turned over the engine and there was no gas coming out of the injector what would make the CPI not turn how much Volts is needed to turn it? what controls the CPI voltage? the other thing is I am looking for the relay that runs the headlights the driving lights should be on all the time and they are not any help on these topics would be really appreciated thank you

You mentioned "excellent fuel pressure." Exactly what pressure are you reading? It needs to be at least 61 PSIG.

The injector firing is controlled by the ECM/PCM, which relies upon the CKP and CMP sensors for triggering.
