2005 frontier xe cruise control

i need cruise control bad have a lead foot you know the problem well as of now there are no aftermarket units and nissan does not ofer a upgrade or kit yet i did buy a stering colum with the switches on it but it uses a can system for the elec and the ecm has to be programed for it to work and nissan has it locked so it can not be programed the dealer thinks it is in the ecm just cant access it now i know there has to be someone that has hacked into it and got the ecm to work i have a elm5 programer for my laptop but cannot access the ecm need a program that will work on it
