ATC FUSE Blowing 1998 Bravada

The Fuse blows when the rear wheels spin (when the Transfer shift motor is told to engage).
The transfer Motor has been replaced.
I checked the wiring for shorts. Nothing wrong was found.
Could the Transfer case shift control module relay be shorting?
What other switches or devices are on this circuit?
How can I test this circuit? :frown:
