Need Help on Suspension Parts Please

I want to do the 3 modifications that this guy has done to his trooper.

But i have 2 questions that hopefully someone can help me out with.

For the snubbers, will I need 2 for the rear only, or 4 in all?

And where can I find the 6 mm. shock spacers that he talks about?

I tried emailing him twice, but havent gotten any type of response.
