Burnt rubber smell

It seems everytime i start my 90 CV, it gives off a burnt rubber smell within a few minutes. I've checked the engine and cant find any wires touching hot spots. But also, the smell easily comes into the car and seems just as strong on the inside as it does under the hood. its not all that strong, but it is noticeable.

this happens with or without the heater or vents being on. How would this be making its way in the car so easily?
