Blacking out Euro Clear Corners

Can you black out the insides of the euro clear corner on a 95 civic? Legally? I was thinking about painting half, like leave the back the reflective stuff What kind of paint would you use? And help would be nice ..

Im from Edmonds, WA and im on NWHonda.net as EM2, ive cleared my headlights and I know one guy from Honda-acura.net who blacked out there clear headlight. I can always get instructions from him to do it. So come join our board and you might get some better help there:cool:
