Power door locks

I have a 2000 CRV and the remote door control will unlock all doors, but will not lock them. Drivers door lock switch will unlock all, but will only lock them when the door is open. Drivers door lock button will lock all doors when pushed down at all times. AND, the dome light stays lit at all times. Any suggestions as to where to begin fixing this problem? Thanks.
