Well, I got my Nelson Tune yesterday, and got my electric fans installed this afternoon - and yep, I'm pretty excited!!!

Runs like a molested monkey!

Props to Allen - he sure knows his stuff!!!

how much hp did the tune add? and how much hp did the fans add?

I haven't gotten it Dyno's so it would just be speculation...The tune was for 89 octane which Allen said should add in the high 20's for hp. I'm not sure on the fans. I do know there is a HUGE difference in the acceleration and shifting now.

what did you spend total on the tune and fans and all the parts to do this job?? i am interested in doing this sometime. thanks

The tune was $490 (included turning pin 42 on) and the e-fans were from a salvage yard, they were $100. The only other thing you'll need to do is fab some brackets for the fans.

hey onehate are you going to nelson tune your 4.3 I wet to his site and he has an upgrade for the 4.3

yup. i plan on doing it once i get the money. but not until i get a new exhaust system, gibson supertruck :)
