93 wiring info needed

A friend of mine just bought a 93 that came without a radio. She brought it over and I put an aftermarket stereo in and she left.
She got pulled over for no taillights and called me up. Her cluster lights were out so I figured a fuse; maybe something shorted when installing the radio.
Sure enough it was the fuse, but the new one fried right off quick. My friend needed to go to work so I figured I throw in a 30amp and catch her after work but that fried, too.
I don't have a repair or owners manual to tell me which circuits are on that fuse so I was hoping someone could help. Schematics would be ideal, but just knowing what's on the "tail" and "belts" fuses would work.
