torsion bar stuck!! help?

hey there i got a 1990 chevy blazer s-10 the aduster nuts and blots came out no porbablem but how does the bar slid out of the control arm its stuck wont budge ??? any ideas ther then a smaashing it with a hammer is there a clip?

my haynes book says to use a two jaw puller on the front end of the torsion bar.. hope this helps........

well my pullers to smal but it looks like it will work as a pusher on the key side of the torsion bar near the cross member.
