yup thats right...fast and furious...tokyo drift...wow what a great name. They also seemed to hit drifting right on the head as far as capturing what its really about :rolleyes: (atleast from what i can tell in the trailer) :banghead:

main cars are 240's right? Now everyone and there grandma is going to think that 240 enthusiasts are FnF follower's........but i dont give two shits. Im in it to win it lol. Plus 240's are already very popular, so i dont see anything wrong with it. Its just the fact that people who really arnt into drifting and cars in general will now know what 240's and shit are. But im not worried abou this movie affecting what is already been done. Drifting is to popular already to people who are actually into it. So they will understand that the movie is just as gay as the previous two. The only thing is the up and coming kids (14-15-16 year olds), will probably try to follow it....

and how would a movie ruin drifting??? Once the little kiddies get out and try it and crash there rides....they will quickly stop trying. If your into something as a hobby....nothing will get you out of it. If tomorrow 240's were nationally known as cars for homosexuals....id still rock mine proudly.

some of the drifts in that trailer were sweet. i'm pretty pumped to see it but obviously won't be a fan of all the classic digitalization or effects.. not to mention the lack of knowledge they show.. i'll be pumped to watch the drifting.. other than that its gonna be the same as the first 2 movies.. the guy is going after the enemy's girl and they end up racing and she falls in love and blah blah blah

I thought the 350Z drifting down that parking garage spiral was pretty badass. I'm almost interested enough just to see the drifting stunts.

But shiet, they killed like 3 Z33's in the trailer alone. I saw 2 familiar cars though, the Sig Auto R34 and one of Falken's FD's were in there.

The story is gonna be weak as fuck. Somehow, Bow Wow just screams underground drifting ganstuh

well its kind of hard not to isnt it?? I mean sure its a movie and there trying to make it interesting. But there's a time when things are just so over done that it gets corny and makes you feel uncomfortable. I mean i felt uncomfortabe in my own house watching FnF 1. Thats just how gay the dialogue and everything is. It makes you question your self on why the hell am i watching this because it will make the public generalize on your hobby, when its so off the wall wrong. And when it sets a stupid image people just tend to bash it. Since then i have summed the movie up into a 5 minute movie. Its great now. There's no dialog(sp), just car noises.

yeah i want to see this movie edited. what i also want to buy (and would pay good $$$ for on DVD), is an edited Lord Of The Rings series with no fucking hobbits at all. not necessarily just the fighting scenes, just no scenes with hobbits in them. stupid hobbits. i think Lil Bow Wow is a hobbit too

yea i just skip through chapters on my dvd player. I turn up my system REAAAAALY loud. I dont even really watch the movie part, i just like to hear the cars tear through gears and shit extrememly loud. I watch the opening scene with the eclipse doing his little thing in the parking lot. Then i jump up to racewars to watch the 240 smoke i forget wtf it is. Then the movie is over. Its so great lol.
