I am curious, would it be expensive and difficult to transform my stock 3.8 LS Engine into the Supercharged 3.8? What all would I need to do it. Thanks!

Although technically you can add the eaton blower to the engine, I wouldn't reccomend it. the SC 3800's heads have higher compression to accomodate the added boost. With the eaton blower you could damage the piston rings fairly easily. You'd need a larger pulley to lessen the max boost of the blower. The rest, as far as installing the blower, computer, and belt assembly isn't that bad. the alternator gets relocated more towards the firewall.
I'd suggest going a different route for supercharging by one of 2 ways. Sell your LS and get a GS, of buy a centrifugal unit designed for your engine: http://zzperformance.com/grand_prix/products1.php?id=216 This may still require modifications though.

The other alternative and more cost effective route for an L36 would be a turbocharger.
The other problem is the stock 4T65E tranny. The GS and other L67s have the HD - heavy duty version with better differential to handle the extra torque and horsepower of a supercharger. Also, the passenger side axle half shaft is stronger.
As to cylinder heads you will need the ones off a L67 because the fuel injectors are located differently. In an LS the injectors are located in the lower intake manifold (LIM). On a GS the fuel injectors are located on the cylinder head. Plus you will the LIM from a L67. L67 fuel injectors flow 33 lbs per hour versus the L36 22 lbs so the fuel injectors will need to be replaced too.
The current wiring harness will not support a stock Eaton M90 supercharger and you will need a modified wiring harness for signals to the PCM and to control the supercharger boost, etc.
