I'm looking at a 2000 Lesabre. First year of that body style and first year the 3800 met LEV standards. I hear the sticker calls MPG at 19 city, 30 highway.

anyone have some real world readings?

I'm especially curious about interstate MPG (70-75 MPH for long stretches) and specifically about the 2000 and up cars.

thanks all

The avarage I get, based on the computer reading is 8.1 liters per 100 km which converts to 29 miles per US gallon. This is combined city and highway. Based on my driving, you whould be getting well above 30mpg in the Interstates.
