S2K and Blitz ER34

Been a while since I posted any wip. Squeezed some time to start these 2 builds.

S2K. A co-worker wanted me to paint his S2K. He finished the chassis and interior. The color is Tamiya mica blue, and automotive clear polished out.

Here is the Blitz ER34. The decals were a pain to put on. I ripped one corner of the blitz on the hood, and while polishing out the clear, and removing tape that was covering an edge, part of a decal ripped from under the clear. Other than that, it came out ok.

VERRY nice shine on both of those!! I imagine those decals can be a real pain! Can't wait to se more on the ER34.

Hey all. Almost finished. Just have to put on the door mirrors, and the rear spoiler. I didn't like the look of the chrome, so I sprayed the exhaust then used bare metal foil for the can, and front intercooler. I also masked the wheel barrels, and sprayed the centers Tamiya aluminum. Enjoy :grinyes:

Thanks. Yes, I did apply the decals over the white base. After I let it dry for about a week, I cleared the whole body with about 2-3 coats of clear.
