Never seen this one before, Does anybody have the complete collection of Autobarn Models?

What do you mean by that? and is it a "newly released" model??? :rolleyes:

I mean I had a hand in making sure what was produced was detail accurate - I didn't chip away at the molds or anything. :grinno:

Well this was our forum model of the scale43diecastforum (better known as autobarn forum). We talked about it for moths to do something but it wasn't easy. A german collector contacted minichamps and they wanted to do it but we had to take at least 1000 models. In the end autobarn did the job for us. We decided in group which model and now you can see the final result on ebay.

It is a very very nice car

is it a retail job? special for the club only? and how did they work out the final production amount? (was it whoever wanted one place an order?)

and when did it come out! Ive never seen it anywhere!!!

It was specially made for the members of the forum yes.

We had to pre-order.

Also there is a custom made plate on it with the logos of the forum and the nicknames on it.
I received mine about 2-3 months ago

The only thing that I see that's technically inaccurate is the description on the card. This is not a "Test Day" livery - this is the actual livery that GTR #01R wore to LeMans Pre-Qualifying. The date was April 30th, 1995.

That's 1/43 and it's made by Renaissance. They have 4 versions available in the 95 Le Mans liveries and they are still available as kits or built ups.

If the plate only has F.1 GTR xx/100, does it mean that this is not a real Autobarn model?
