wiper arm from steering colunm

i have a 97 cavalier and i broke the wiper arm off. clean break right at the colunm. the wire is still attached and it still works..... any ideas how i might be able to attach arm back on steering column or how much it would cost to reapair

just try to epoxy it back b/c it is not easy to replace or cheap to have fixed. espaecilly with the air bag.
