Cams and Smog Checks

I know the 4.7L HO cams are a factory option in the HO engine, but does anyone know if installing them on a standard 4.7 will cause any emission testing issues? I live in the People Republic of California (for now) so I need to make sure they don't throw me in jail for increasing my emissions by 2%! :)

I doubt it would do anything at all to emissions.
