1990 ranger 4.0 fule pressure regulator replacement

I just got my truck back from having it tested today and they said it had a bad fule pressure regulator. I was told I need to pull the fule rail. Would like to know if any one has replaced this part on their truck and if so can i get some help please any info would be helpfull.
