90 crx tie bars

Hey, I have a 90 crx, and im just wondering where the front and rear lower tie bars actually connect? Everyone i ask just says under the car. HELP

the lower control arm bolts on the body not o nthe wheel. thats how they mount up.

on both the front and the back? Just simply connects to where the lower arm connects to the body?

those are for the rear, i couldnt find a pic of one for the front (these are not crxs just examples)
