2001 headlight replacement

Has anyone had to replace the driver's side headlight bulb on their 2000-2005 Tahoe? The battery is jammed right up against the back of the light and I can't see a way to get to it. Anyone know?

Look at the top of the assembly. there should be two pins that look kinda like an allen wrench (the actual L shaped wrench) pull up on the two pins and the Head light assembly will fall forward then you can turn the bulb housing and change the bulb!

You can also look in your owners manual. It has pictures of what I'm talking about.
