Hey whats up? I'm having a problem, I went to install my cd player and istead of using butters I used electrical tape because I'm to lazy to go to the store. Well when I had it all plugged in it worked so I turned off the car, my car door was still open so the lights were on. I started to put the cd player into its spot and all of a sudden the lights turned off. So I let it sit there and turned on the car to see if they would turn on but they didn't and to my surprise nither did the cd player. So I thought I fried my cd player and I hooked up the stock player, that also didn't work. The radio fuse was blown so I replaced it, and it still wouldn't work. Can some one please help me, and if you also have any idea about the lights doing that also please tell me that one also! Thanks!

hey man the one thing i would say to do is check the battery! if thats not your problem then a fuse might be blown. if i was you i would take it to the nearest car audio place around and have em look at it

you could have grounded out a illumination wire. check the fuses again and see if there is a courtesy lights or interior lights fuse that may be part of the problem.
