Hello
My hatch will not open with the button on the dash or the factory keyless remote. It worked when I bought it about 6 months ago but stopped working. When I press the hatch button on the remote or the dash I can hear the relay click under the console. I am guessing it may be an actuator in the hatch in tail gate in the back. If that is it how do I go about fixing it.
Thanks for the help
Mike

I'm not a genious...BUT just by chance...check your fuses on the left side of the dash between your door and dash...thats what mine had a problem with. Chances are thats not it..but check it anyways

This is a common problem . The clip attaching the solenoid to the lock has probably broke off . Cheep plastic !!
The hatch can be openned from inside by sticking something like an allen wrench down into the hole where the window and hatch meet and pressing down on the lock to release it . Then you can remove the interior panel to repair the clip . I have read that a tyrap zip tie can fix it . Rob

Well I figured it out. I opened up the hatch and took off the tailgate cover and pulled back the plastic shield. The cable for the actuator was stuck! I yanked on it a couple times and VOILA! works like new again. :)
