F*ck Theifs

I know I never post on here anymore but I still consider this place my home so I just thought I'd let you guys know about my wonderful night. I went to a casino about 45 minutes away from my town and was there from 9:45-10:45. Well I come ouside after losing just a few bucks and I see damage on my car. Long sotry short, broken rear quarter window (drivers side), deck, registration, subs, box, amp, all gone. The registration was the very first thing in my glove box so I'm pretty sure they just opened that and saw it and took it, because everything else was in there (insurance card, some old car receipts, etc) further down below the manual. It appears they also tried to pry open the trunk before they broke the window because the black plastic strip above the tail light was broken off. There is also some damage on the rear quarter panel (driver side) that looks like something hit it, I don't know if it was the box (which was pretty damn heavy since my 2000w amp was mounted on the back of it) or what. Filed reports at the casino (indian reservation) and the sheriff but I dout anything will happen. So tomorrow i get to go out and get prices for a new window and start looking for stereo decks.

Also, they managed to put a nice big gouge in the center console on the side, so if anyone has a stock maroon 4g4d pod thing that goes around the heater/stereo, please respond or send me a message.

Sorry to hear about it, dude. It's crazy that nobody noticed somebody moving a big heavy subwoofer box from one vehicle to another... amazing! I hate thieves. This is where karma would be nice retribution/justice. Maybe those fuckers will fuck with the wrong person/get caught in the act or something and get shot or arrested.

Word, I was waiting for the Sheriff down at the 7/11 and while waiting I gave a guy a jump cuz his car died in the parking lot in hopes that since I did a good thing maybe something good (haha, yeah right) would happen to me. I'm getting ready to go out for a bit before work to check out some prices on the window so we'll see how that goes.

That sucks royal ass man! I had the face, yeah just the face of my deck stolen...in my driveway! I had my subs, amp, about $1500 worth of gas rc equiptment in the passenger seat, and all they took was the face...came out and found the trim ring laying on the seat and my center console pulled up to the shift knob, looks like they tried to get at it from behind, stupid asses...didn't know that Alpine heads have two spring loaded pins on the front that will allow it to come completely out...

they got your registration? that is seriously messed up. not to make you all paranoid but i do know somebody who had the same thing happen....like a month later his car was stolen from outside his house...his address being on his registration and all... :thumbsdow

I'm hoping that they didn't take it and that I just lost it prior to this and never noticed, but who knows. It really sucks because it's not like I can do anything about it right now, and it really sucked driving home the hour or so without music or anything to listen to so thats all that was going through my head. My insurance company is sending out an appraiser within a few days and they're gonna check all the damage and basically pay for everything (minus the subs/amp) minus the $250 deductable. I was out vacuuming up some of the shattered glass from inside my car and I realized that my tail light is cracked also, so there's one more thing that'll get replaced. From the way it looks, they damaged my quarter panel/trunk area with the amp which was on the back side of the box. I'm guessing it was a little bitch who couldn't even carry the whole thing and had it fall on my car or something.

fock, i know how much it sucks, mine got broken into a couple weeks back too...

Just got back from the bodyshop and its gonna cost just south of $1100 to fix everything, thank god for insurance.

I dont even think it even matters what you got in your car, Hondas are just theif magnets. My Civic was broken into three times outside my own house in just 6 months time. Since then i've bought an old datsun z car that i rarely lock (cuz the lock mechanism is broken) I've got a new stereo, subs, amps, and its never been broken into.

Word, it's not like the stuff was great and that expensive but it's a pain in the ass they these fucking theifs would have the audacity to break into a car and steal an honest mans shit just because they are lazy. It's crazy how some people think.
