Need more power

Sup. i have had a 2000 nissan frontier for 2 years now and now i need something with more power. i dont have enough money for a new car but i do for a new engine and i need sugestions for which ones would fit in my truck and give a great amount of power, like the new engine VQ40DE, would that fit in my car and put a supercharger on it.
