1992 Maxima will not start!

My girlfriend met me at the gas station one day and turned her car off. would not start after that. Unless gas held to floor, then it would run only florred and would only get to 3000 rpm.If I let off it would die. Can someone help me diagnose this problem or maybe a tip.

No info of mileage, engine type. Start from tuneup: plugs, filters, VGE: replace wires, cap
If no Idle, points to Idle adj circuit. Check air input & vacuum hoses. Cleanup after every 60-100k helps; the cause for sudden change could be IACV jam. IACV cleanup for VGE engine below; (VE is located differently.)
Low rpm: Check MAF, TPS & CamPos sensor outputs. See link pages 9,10,12,14 below.
Check Fuel pressure.
