i've got an 99 altima and it has good fuel pressure and the fuel regulator is working properly. the problem is that the injectors are not spraying at all.checked injectors with noid light and they are pulsating. fuel is traveling all the way up to the rail and thats it.injector fuse is okay. does this sound like a faulty distributor because cam sensor is located within or does it sound like ecm problems? i've installed a crank sensor because i checked codes even though the car would not start and 2 codes were evap and one was crank sensor. i'm scratchin my head now because the car would run one time by just sprayin starter fluid in the throttle body but it want do that anymore!!!!!

Disregarding the noid light diagnostic, I would say either the ECU ground is faulty or weak, something is amiss with power, or the ECU has a problem. Verify that you are indeed getting FULL battery power to the injectors.

You might need to scope the injector signal to confirm what is going on.
