I did some searching but the only thing i came up with is torque sequence for the head. What about putting the studs in the block? Do i just hand tighten them or is there a torque for them? And also i came across that people using the arp studs are torqueing them down more than stock, is this a good thing to do? Most of them are torqueing the final torque at 90 Foot Pounds, what should i do using the 4 layer metal head gasket?

I think you should do what arp recommends use the part number at their site http://www.arp-bolts.com/

I have a bunch of info on this on my site:

http://www.posracing.net/ARPstuds.html

I used to go a little over the ARP numbers, but lately I've been following thier recomendation after they said that since aluminum expands faster than the cast block you should actually use a litttle LESS torque... So I just go for the recomended value. Just remember the studs we use are 190k psi, and 6 bolt is 12mm and 7 bolt is 11mm, so you get the right tq value. And use the ARP lube! As suggested in that link...

So by what your site says, just put them in the block hand tight? Well that is easy enough.

Yes, hand tight, to avoid distortion when the nuts are torqued.
