92 Dash Out

Please help, I have the same problem on my 92 Seville as the previous post by Ferdinant. Was in Iraq for 8 Months and car was not used, came back to this problem and dont have 2000.00 for dealer to chase problem. Ran codes no communication or data on all modules. Just wondering if Ferdinant had his repaired and what problem was. ??? Ground, BCM Module
