How to fix leaky windshield?

With the torrential downpours here in Texas, I have realized that my windshield leaks (not terribly, but enough) from the top of the passenger side of the windshield. Is there any special kind of caulk or other such goop I could use to fix this without removing the windshield?

RTV Clear Silicone works the best.
