Photo of dash without slave CD for '98 Sub?

I have a '98 Suburban that had the cassete player in the head unit and a slave CD player. I have installed an aftermarket CD head unit and am wondering what to do with the slave CD player. Anybody have a non slave CD equipped factory set up??? I am wondering what the factory look is to fill the hole where the slave CD goes. Is there just a plate covering the hole or is it some type of storage pocket? The parts department at the dealership was no help and that came as no surprise!
