Dirt tracking an 87 Si

I am running in a stock class 50 lap race at a local dirt track and need more ideas on what to do to the car. Won last years championship, but everyone is gunning for me.

Well what are the limitations? Change anything you possibly can :grinyes:

Car must be stock, except for tires and wheels. Limited to 15x8 wheel and tires must be dot. Tweaks are allowed but must have stock/parts store bought for year and model.

hmm. Well I suppose then all you can really do is make sure it is in top shape. Maybe you can remove the A/c if you havent already, and just strip as much unneeded weight as you can. You should be able to get some good tires that are still DOT approved.
