Will I need to get an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator if I install a walboro 255 fuel pump in my 93 rt tt?

i would definitely recommend it so that you dont overrun your stock FPR

Once I install an after market fuel pressure regulator, do I just set the fuel pressure back to stock? What is the stock fuel pressure? Any ideas on which brand of fpr to buy?

Yes, you can set the adjustable fpr back to stock levels. Only raise it if your trying to get a little bit more out of your fuel injectors. When you set it after its installed, start your car, disconnect the vacuum hose that goes to the fpr, set it to 43 psi, then put the vacuum hose back on (the pressure on the gauge will drop).
