Any1 know why when i install my aftermarket stereo i get like a high pitched noise coming through my speakers

Sounds like electrical interferrence, possibly from the ecm or the alternator. Did your power lead have a little box on it that possibly got cut off? If so, put it back on, that helps with the noise. Check your grounds too, if they are bad or loose you will get tons of noise too.
