Might be your IAC sensor. That would be my first guess, also do you mean at idle? Also what year make and model do you drive?

That makes no sense at all. I think I know what you meen though. RPM is the Revolutions Per Minute of the engine, you are talking about idle. My friend Mike's car does the same thing, it will idle at like 2k then as it warms up it will suddenly go from 2k to like 1200, then it will bring it back up, then does this until its warmed up fully and then it will just idle at 850 rpm or whatever. I have searched for a culprit, unfortunately I havent found anything that could be wrong.

Overheating is either a cooling problem (broken thermostat, air in the system, etc) or a blown head gasket.

What does IAC stand for?

What does IAC stand for?
Idle Air controller, aka isc idle speed controller.
It could be a boost leak, you can do a boost leak test via the instruction on vfaq.com (your new best friend)
Is the car overheating? Or did it overheat?

i think it has some over heating problems cause today i saw mi car trowing a lot smoke from my engine and i tought it was normal but after i started loking at the other cars looking for smoke on their engines o found that it wasent normal. (today was a really cold day)

Dont judge overheating by the exhaust gas. Yes, it can diagnos (huge brainfart, spelling?) other problems, but just because you were making steam and everyone else wasnt during a cold day. Use your temperature guage to see if you are overheating. If white smoke was billowing from your exhaust, then I would worry about a headgasket, but other than that you should be fine.

EDIT: Read buddy, the parts for sale are clearly marked by the "For Sale." To eliminate any confusion, this is what he means:

FOR SALE: 6bolt block w/ crank, caps, oil filt. housing, oil pump, and head all for $200

Was your car at operating temp? Cause my car smokes a little more than normal if it's cold and the car is not up to op temp.
