What's missing?

'94 Caprice 9C1.
What's missing from my ceiling, between the sunvisors? Looks like a factory plug and factory hole cut in the headliner. I also have a dome light so that's not it (unless it came with two?).
I have code "6C7 - LAMP, DOME PASSENGER" and "7Y6 - SWITCH - DOME LAMP DOOR JAMB INOPERATIVE" on my SPID if that helps.http://fototime.com/67FC495ECD3EAFF/standard.jpg

EBAY.. But look for one with the GM plug and 2 mounting holes, no bracket it fits easier
