Check Engine Light - jumper?

Is there a way to get my CEL to blink out codes? I use a jumper on my old Ford Ranger pick up. But I think my 626 is too new for that. :(

That year is a OBEII, you need a scan tool to pull the codes, Autozone sometimes willl help ypu out.

Ok - Autozone pull the following code:
P1131: Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 1
I have over 100K miles on this car so I'm betting (hoping) the O2 sensor is just out. Now, I understand there are three O2 sensors on this vehicle. Since the code point to a 'Bank No. 1', I'm guessing the sensor in question is on one of the exhaust manifolds.
Any way to tell which one?
