Is it recommended to replace the caliper housing bolts or lubricate them with high tempurature grease?

You don't specify the mileage but if the bolts look worn, then they should be replaced. I replaced them on my truck when it was 10 years old.
Lubrication is a must. I use Permatex "Ultra Disc Brake Caliper Lube".
There are also caliper bushing that get hard due to the heat. It is a good idea to replace the bushings every 4 - 5 years.
