Fuel Cut Off in the event of Impact

I have a 1.2 Clio 1998 which has been in a front end smash and as a result will not start, I have heard of some cars having a Fuel Cut Off in the event of Impact device.
Has my car got one where is it and can it be reset without getting it to a garage?

This May Not Be Any Help Im Not Sure But On My Clio 1.8 16v,1993. My Cut Off Is In The Glovebox.i Have A Key Which Turns In The Glovebox At The Top.if I Turn It Round It And Then Try And Start My Car It Wont Start.
The Cut Off May Be Somewhere Else In Your Car Not Sure?

You cut off is on the inner wing under the bonnet, its a small rectangular relay looking box with a red rubber cap on top,
to reset it pust in the middle of the rubber cap and listen for a click.
