Fluid for both front and rear washers is supplied from the same reservoir. There are two pumps on the reservoir with separate lines running to front and rear. If you can hear each pump run when you activate them, there is probably blockage in a line, or a line became disconnected. If you can't hear the pump run, electrical diagnosis and repair is in your future. ;)

Plus I'll add ..... If you do hear the pump actually run .. look under hood and under vehicle for water dripping... if you find any ... your're close to the break in the line.... but if you do not find any drips .. get a real thin wire or a needle and carefully clean the holes in the rear water injectors .... My 2000 had same systoms as yours .. My drive way is 1/4 mile long and all gravel and the small holes got plugged up with dust after a while ...........

Seen this on a few different ones. The rear line breaks under the roof moulding right inside the hatch. When the glass is open reach in and take down the moulding and you will see the washer lines.Have someone else push the washer button which is on the switch for the rear wiper and see if you see it leaking.
