Seatbelts?

Anyone know how to fix the seatbelts to they retract normally. Mine dont retract back all the way. The driver side one is worse then the passenger side so i want to fix em but dont know how.

yea mine is the same way,, retracts,, but with help. Not all the way on its own anymore
