alright, so I just bought a 90 Dakota 2WD. I had no fluid going to the rear brakes so i replaced every single brake line and hose. I bypassed the proportioning valve and modulator valve to the rear brakes, so I have a strait line going from the master cylinder to the rear tee to the back brakes. I have my brother pump and pump the brakes but I still can;t get any fluid at all to the back brakes, I pulled the bleeder screw completely out and I've even used a hand brake pump but nothing still. However the front brakes work fine, and bleed great so what do i do?????

Start at the master cylinder and open each brake line at the fitting and pump the brakes and check for fluid. Your master cylinder could be plugged or have bad valves internally.

I finally got fluid to the back brakes I just had to keep pumping them. But I bled all of the brakes and I started the truck to take it for a test drive and the truck won't stop until I push the pedal all the way to the floor , does this mean I have to keep bleeding the brakes because the master cylinder is brand new.
