Anybody with a Mini-me swap (z6 head on a Si block)

I'm wondering if anybody here has some good info on the mini-me swap, ie: A d16z6 vtec head onto a stock Si engine (d16a6). What kind of gains should I expect from the swap, and are there any timeslips or 1/4 times for this mini-me swap? How hard is the swap in general, what would be all the parts that I need, and what kind of price range would I be looking at? Thanks in advance for the answers.
