GS-R Burning too much oil

Ok so I have a 2000 GS-R with 69000 miles on it. I have to add about 3 quarts of oil between every oil change...Roughly 3500 miles to 4000 miles. I was using castrol syntec 5w-30 for about the past 8 oil changes. I ran a compression test and a leak down test at my school and both were perfect. I replaced my pcv valve and started using 10w40. Still burning. I ran a five gas test at my school and my hydrocarbons (unburned fuel) were at around 6000 way too high. The thing that doesn't make sense is my spark plugs are very white. So my spark plugs are showing it's running lean but my exhaust gases are showing it's running rich. It makes no sense. I have been told it is most likely my valve seals or rings. No smoke during start up in the morning. It seems to only be burning oil when I drive it hard or go into vtec which would make sense with the bad valve seals with the valves opening up more. It's really frustrating so any insight on this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

1 - 1 1/2quarts between 3-4k miles should be normal. 3 quarts is too much.

what are the actual compression results? its either burning or leaking. its not going anywhere else.
