4G CX Hatchback???

Today on a parkinglot I saw a beat ass old red hatch. Well I parked near it and took some pictures and noticed the badge on the back said CX. I thought CX was only a 5G thing?

I live in Vancouver too, also i owna red civic but its a 91' where about u live ? west or east.
