Engine is knocking

I don't know what it is. It only does it after I start up the car, and get out onto the road. After about five seconds on being on the road (I guess when the RPM's get high), it starts to knock, but stops after about 60-90 seconds. The front crankhaft seal has an oil leak which is being fixed today, and it didn't start "knocking" until the engine started leaking oil pretty bad. I also put on a new short ram intake. It's a 5-speed SPI by the way. Thanks.

my zetec 'knocks' but its the lifters.. yours sounds like a different case

Man...this is REALLY getting annoying. The clicking sound the engine is making is getting LOUDER and I can't tell where it's coming from. It has to be a lack of oil getting somewhere, because it stops after a few minutes. Anybody have ANY ideas?
